ClassOwl Webinar: Merging the Next Generation Academic Portal for Students, Professors, Administration and Staff

Archive Available

OVERVIEW:

Created by students at Stanford University, ClassOwl is a social academic platform made by students for students, professors, administration, and staff. Rather than having separate planners for school deadlines and social events, ClassOwl provides a single planner that allows students to follow their classes and student groups in one place. Everyone who is a member of a certain class or group will receive all the updates that any other member makes in that organization. No more missing out on social activities and course work deadlines. No more confusion about assignments. With ClassOwl, academic deadlines can be centralized, including them automatically for every student on campus. Students will then see these deadlines every time they check their daily planner, reinforcing their immediacy without the faculty, administration, or staff having to do anything. Administrators can also send out automatic reminders or message students when important deadlines are approaching. ClassOwl is here to simplify all aspects of academic life for the higher ed community. Plan to participate in this informative webinar moderated by Tom Black, Registrar at Stanford University.
