Addressing the Frontier of FERPA in the Digital Age

LIVE Webinar date: January 26, 2012
Time: 2pm – 3:00pm ET

This session will reveal how Kennesaw State University partnered with LeRoy Rooker, the nation's leading authority on FERPA to embed FERPA compliance within its electronic sign-on systems using campus resources. His involvement included a campus "FERPA" Awareness Month Campaign. The initiative was highly successful, and resulted in a heightened awareness of FERPA among faculty and staff, the launching of an online FERPA tutorial, and the implementation of technology tools to assist end-users with the management of personally identifiable information in enterprise information systems and desktop computers. The webinar will also provide an opportunity for any pending FERPA questions arising at your institution.
