On August 4^th at 2pm ET, AACRAO Consulting (AC) and SPSS held a valuable webinar on Harnessing Your Institutional Data for Enrollment Management. This special two part series is geared toward admissions and enrollment officers interested in improving the use of data in their decision making. This webinar will focus on providing you with concrete tips, strategies, and how-to's for making use of data from across the institution to cut costs, better allocate resources, and implement strategic enrollment management practices.

Presenters:

Tom Green, Senior Consultant, AACRAO Consulting

Tom Green has led enrollment management efforts for six universities and consulted for both public and private institutions for more than 20 years. His areas of expertise include best practices in recruitment strategy, financial aid process and leveraging of institutional aid, customer service/CRM strategies and one-stop shop implementations and evaluations. Green served as an IBM Best Practices partner, chaired the financial aid and enrollment management and retention committees for AACRAO, and has been a speaker at numerous national enrollment meetings and conferences. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University.

James Parry, Sr. Systems Engineer, SPSS Inc.

James Parry has extensive experience with SPSS as a Trainer in its Education Division. Prior to SPSS, James worked intensively with data management, survey and sampling design and statistical analysis within academic, clinical and private settings. As a dedicated Solutions Engineer for Higher Education, he currently specializes in SPSS solutions for the student lifecycle, including solutions for improving enrollment, retention, student success, and advancement outcomes. He is always available to give technical advice to and connect people within the academic community. James holds a bachelor's degree from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and a master's degree from Loyola College in Maryland.
